I know exactly what you're talking about ~ it can be hard to make it through some conversations.
Are you in therapy? If so, be sure to bring up how often these incidents occur & how intense the feeling of negativity that you fight is. If you aren't seeing a T, start there asap.
Seeing a T regularly, and being honest about your emotions over what's happening in life ought to help you decrease the intensity and regularity of negative emotions.
