yes, I totally agree... yoga seems to have a nice way of relaxing and "coming to terms" w/ one's body in a non-strenous way (well yes the exercises can be so but I mean you're less likely to focus on "looking buff" etc...) it's more about relaxing, being calmn, flexible etc... but my question is what is the difference btwn yoga & pilates? I know they're different, I've done both but I still don't "really" get it.... which one is better for overall strength?
