i have conflict of thought re a pdoc or T labeling anyone who they have not evaluated themselves in a theraputic setting. it seems dangerous to me. perna i liked your question re hippa act re public figures too. yes they are public but it doesn't give license for pdocs and Ts to spout their opinion on someone they truly have no business giving their opinion. that would be like an MD giving a medical evaluation of a lawyer,etc without physically seeing him in an office setting, testing, etc.
