Did you talk to her about reporting it herself? And if she cant do it herself see if she wants you to. This has to be stopped IMO . I know my mom didnt have the nerve to protect me after my dad said I was never to speak of it agian. Both my mom and I were silenced out of fear. Dont let this happen to those kids. If you know her phone number , address... get it reported . If she is mad at you ... let it be so... you have helped those kids .. innocent kids hon. Its your choice. This is just what I would do myself though. Whatever you do ... I'll be here to support you!
