yes some people can have bad reactions just like some do to meds and food and pets...even dust..I am allergic to dust and cats...though I have cats and mold....but unless this poster knows she had an allergy to lanolin and I too am not sure if its still in there.....why not give it a try? Most people are not allergic to these things...but some are
