Admittedly, this reply is from someone who thinks as you do.
BUT ,logically I can answer that. Now,will I incorporate it on a daily basis? It seems to depend,on whether I am 'mindful'(aware of my thought process, attitude, where my feelings are rooted, and paying attention to meeting my basic needs)
That being said, the question how remains. And my personal opinion is,to begin with, the above items.Keeping a journal of insightfulness, and tracking your self examination in answering those questions. Also it assists a person to receive a different perspective, because we become very much entwined in our own perception of reality.Therapy can assist you with feedback, insight, perspective, and solutions. You can also make an effort to be mindful and challenge your thoughts as though your thoughts belonged to a friend you care for.We tend to judge ourselves very harshly.Criticize ourselves relentlessly, while the fact is....we are only humans and we fail. You can also use dialectical or cognitive behavior therapies on your own or shared with a T or with people here or irl. Those therapies...mainly dbt...will very much assist you if you really ,really want to be active in changing the way that you feel (feelings that are related to your thinking). Also ,you may truly require an appointment with a regular doctor and a psychiatrist to evaluate whether this experience is due to a chemical imbalance. That's where keeping a sort of diary will come in handy. As you'd be prepared to have more insight into what you've been going through and could give a better picture of it in totality.Wishing you healing and peace within....~W~
Thanks for this!
