I would go to a T for supervision.
I would try to be active locally with other therapists, perhaps in a group format (my daughter's T does that).
I would try to keep up with the field and make contacts by going to PD or to conferences.
I wouldn't try to use the same approach and techniques with all clients, but would adapt to what they needed.
