I'm sorry you're having such a rough time. If it's sunny outside and you don't feel like getting out of the house, do you think you could just go out the frontdoor and sit on the doorstep for a bit to soak up some sun? Always sitting in the house is awfully depressing. Although I completely understand, I get like that too. Try not to worry so much (I know, easier said than done), it won't do you any good.
