I am bumping (bringing up) this thread again, cause last night my neighbors clomped aruond all night, literally shaking my room! They are h eavy and the building feels like it SHAKES. And below my room, there is a garage and they slam a car door and every hour, as I drift off, it slams and I am miserable.

I have my winter sinus thing and I could not sleep all night and I am exhausted.

If this happens tonight, I am calling my l lord again.
