Hello

I have wondered I might go to A&E next week or sometime when I feel bad. I want to ask a few questions. What is A&E like? What do the nurses or people do there? I might look like I'm fine there but I might show my self harm marks. Or maybe I should go to the doctors? What are your experiences? I'm 18 so I suppose the professionals wouldn't tell my parents. I've spoken to a friend who has been to A&E about depression and she told me about it. I'm not sure if I should go. Any help is appreciated.
