LMo, if we don't try to pull something positive out of every rough spot in the road, why travel it?? It's the difficult times that teach us about ourselves and what we need to change so that Life works for us.

It's so true that it's not about the Destination, but how you maneuver the Road you are on. Imagine not learning from your mistakes! It would be like the movie Ground Hog Day! You stay stuck in the same time frame, the same dysfunction and the same pain and misery! It may hurt to move forward, too, but eventually the pain of the past dissipates and you've gained a new perspective, you're a better person and certainly wiser. It's taking the positive from the rough bumps in the road that gives you wisdom.
