I've never really spent much time back east or in the midwest so I can only tell you about California. If I were trying to be slutty I would wear a form fitting dress that is very short with black high heel boots. Or go to adamandeve.com their lingerie is pretty slutty as I think of slutty. Most importantly though have your husband describe exactly what he is looking for. A generic term is obviously not working. Perhaps get into sex therapy too. It might help.
