I was just put on seroquel a few weeks ago and have not had any heart rate changes, although I am on a beta blocker for high blood pressure so that might be keeping the "side effect" at bay. I have researched the heart rate issues with seroquel and it is a common side effect. What I read recomended not taking it if it effect your heart rate.
