I can see clearly what happens to my grandaughter when I read some of these posts from others who have ADHD. I thought that this is how her mind works just from watching her, and I try to help her stick with one thing at a time. I will turn off the t.v. and eliminate as many distractions as possible when we are doing art or baking, because she cannot concentrate. This is why she has so much trouble at home. The t.v. is always on for the younger ones, and she has lots of trouble doing her homework, etc.
