Sweetie, you say you feel shame ~ BELIEVE ME, there are others, me included, who have done things that would make your hair stand on end -- so you don't need to feel shame!!! We aren't THAT bad of people -- we've just been hurt - and perhaps we said and/or did some things that we're not proud of, but we don't deserve to go to prison for it or to be put in the middle of town and stone to death!!! lol
All of us have felt vulnerable at one time or another but we had to get over it in order to talk to our therapist. Once we got over that, then we were better able to share here. This is a great place to share because no one knows us -- the people are GREAT -- and they truly want to help!!! So don't be afraid - I wish I'd know this place existed before now -- I haven't been a member very long. I sure could have used this place several years ago!!! I just didn't have sense enough to look!! lol
