Ask him AGAIN for a weaning schedule and enough to wean off of it. Tell him that if he DOESN'T give you a weaning schedule, that you'll do it on your own!!!
I could give you one, but I don't dare. You need to do it under a doctors care ~ plus you need to have ENOUGH MEDS to be able to do the tapering.
So just tell him you want to taper off - and you need his help. Hugs, Lee
