I sort of journal. For me, it's a kind a conversation between me and T. I usually start writing as soon as I get triggered, as a way to let off steam. The trigger is the start of my journalling, and before long, I find I've written pages and my mind has run off on some completely different tangent. I find myself exploring all my thoughts and feelings, and I actually begin to write the answers to my own questions.

I don't journal at set times, but it may help you - I'm not very good with discipline
