I will not fall asleep before midnight, not matter how soon I do have to get up. My ideal sleeping schedule would be 3:00AM - 10:00 to 11:00 AM. So at normal day i wake up tired, that wake up a bit, try slowing down around 4:00 PM... than I start getting my energy back at 8:00PM.
I am afraid there is no way to change this, it's a biorythm;(
