Yes, Virginia...you DO have a relationship...it's called casual friendship...and he isn't ready to take any steps to the next level. You talk and occaisionally "hang out"....who knows?...it could progress, or it might not. But my personal experience (for what its worth) is that guys in particular are not too keen on feeling pressured in a particular direction..You can either enjoy what you currently have and hope that it progresses naturally, or you can let the friendship go if you're not satisfied or willing to wait.....good luck
