googley  no one is ever perfect. i used to try to please everyone that put expectations on me. i have learned to not insist to myself that i be all things for all people. i put too high of expectations on myself too. i learned i was expecting of myself things that one can never achieve...perfection. be kinder to yourself and love yourself just as u are.
this perfection thing is a learned behavior you can slowly change. if i did it you can too!
