It's good you recognize these feelings and are talking about it - you should share this with your therapist if you have one. If a person actually has intentions, then they should call a crisis line, tell a trusted person or go to the ER.
The world wouldn't be better if you died and these are lies the depressed mind tells. It's very important to wait for those feelings to pass and reach for good coping techniques. You're a sweet person and you don't deserve this mental anguish. I lost my brother to suicide almost 3 yrs ago and I'm very passsionate about spreading the word about living.
