I go to a local meditation group, but my at-home practice has fallen off completely over the past few months. Self-discipline isn't my strong suit, either. It would be great to have an online check-in. I'm familiar with Vipassana meditation, using the breath as an anchor, and a Lovingkindness or "Metta" practice, great for opening the heart. I'd like to start with 15 minutes a day, in the morning. I had been doing it right after a cup of coffee, but before starting my day. Great idea, Sanityseeker.
