It's hard to feel left out. ((hug)). When you get this way - give yourself some "i love you" "your special" notes. I wish I could keep my anger at bay - unfortantly when I get scared, mad, hurt, left out - I get extremly hatefull and disruptive (sp) to others. I plow down anything and everyone in my path. Trust me - not a good place to be. Hope your feeling better.
