Note to self:
- Make therapy appointments when you feel good because when you feel bad you won't want to make the effort to make an appointment. Asking for help when depressed is one of the hardest things to do.
- Sleep is important

as is exercise
- Don't let your friends argue when drunk. Things get out of hand wayyyy fast! Arguments should be discussed rationally and sober.
- Use the hypomania for good, not evil (easier said than done, alas!)
- Keep a regular schedule and write things down (if you are as forgetful as I am this is imperative!)
