Dear WhisperFades,
Tryptophan and vitamin B6 are natural sleep aids. I recommend you try 50mg of vitamin B6, about an hour before you go to sleep. This vitamin can be found in almost any supermarket, pharmacy or health food store; it is inexpensive. If this doesn't work, consider adding 500 mg of tryptophan, an amino acid, a constituent of protein, also readily available.
