This trigger is a p.c trigger...I really ,really attempt to buffer the self from this occurring...I missed it this time.Will try harder.I agree....self care is essential in maintaining ones mental 'togetherness' for lack of a better term.
Splitting seriously complicates things.I dont get warning...and those meds...I take them,but they don't always work for that part.
