If you feel comfortable going to a school counselor, that may be a good place to start. It shows strength that you are aware of what u are going through!
or if you'd feel more comfortable going to an outside source. Could your primary doctor reccomend a therapist?

Ugh I am terrified, and don't know whether or not it's social anxiety, AvPD, or just extreme shyness.
I want to get help, but alas, my avoidance/shyness prevents me from getting the courage to do so.
Should I try going to the school counselor?
Any advice?
Thanks
