I wake up nearly every morning depressed, drained, and lethargic.

When my alarm goes off all I can think about is going back to sleep.
All I can think about is getting a few more minutes, I feel SO TIRED!
Sometimes, on my days off from work, this leads to oversleeping (I will sometimes sleep for 14 hours). When I finally do get up I am a zombie for several hours.
I feel exactly the same way I never feel rested.
At night I am usually the opposite;
At night I feel guilty for wasting the day and try to accomplish anything. I can't sleep until I clean or work on something.
Anyone else experience this?

What has worked for you?
I am searching for that answer too. I literally walk around work like a zombie, no matter how much sleep I get! I have even fallen asleep at work on several occasions. My body feels drained my mind feels lost.
I too look forward to hearing any advice.
