I've taken 54mg of Concerta for 2 and a half years until last friday, but my doctor put me on 20mg Focalin XR. Chemical wise, concerta is methylphenidate and focalin is dextromethylphenidate. Does my brain recognize them as the same? Because I definitely haven't been feeling normal. Thanks for the help!
