I haven't been good at writing my do rights as I've been fighting my negative thoughts. Congrats to all the do rights!

Way to go everyone.
Somethings I've done right the last couple days - laundry, dishes (actually been doing them like 3x a week or more - that is huge for me), going to work, going to groups, working out in the mornings (I'd rather sleep - hehehe). That is all I can think of at the moment. Oh yeah and taking care of his royal fluffiness (the dog).
