last time i saw my t head diagnosed me with ptsd also from abuse & certain triggers that cuz flashbax has anyone ever self medicated going thru ptsd whether prescribed or not if so were u honest with ur t & doc? i have a history of addiction but up until the past couple of months ive messed up not with hard stuff like i used to do but with meds my doc knows my history so he keeps a very tight reign on what i take no refills given & i have to go every month i finally got to where i was seein him every other month but i was honest with him so now back to every month im afraid cuz i have an appt in a couple of days & if he asks i wont lie cuz i have a med in my system im not supposed to have & if he urine tests me does it just show up as benzos or do they test for different benzos? i have to take what i now have so i wont go thru withdrawals i dunno just had to get this off my chest any replies would be appreciated & believe me i know the self med & whether or not he will test or whatever isnt the root of the problem just afraid plz help
