Yesterday I had more than 5 dreams in an 8 hours span, I woke up very tired. This is the reason I hate sleeping too many hours, if I sleep over 7~8 hours I get a lot of dreams, and sometimes the dream I am in is so long which takes hours and hours to get out of it, but if I sleep less than 7 hours I never have dreams and actually am wide awake and not sleepy and full of energy. Anyone having this problem?
