It was always something that sort of came natural to me.
It wasn't until many years later from my younger days that I would be able to put a word to what I was going through at night.
I actually became scared out of ever trying to further the experiences because the dreaming within a dream issue I kept having with it became stressful.
After learning to recognize this and ways to control it better though, I've recently become more intrigued with the concept. Im now finding ways to really get involved and see where it takes me instead of being afraid of this ability that comes so naturally to me.
I would recommend to keep at it. But just stay on top of it. Sometimes it can become easy to lose touch with when you are dreaming and when you are not. You'll want to establish a way to find out when you're truly awake and devise a plan to self-wake or else you could become more frustrated than anything.
