Honestly... those comments don't sound rational to me.
I'd print the post out and send it to your T - ask her for her comments.

1. there is this cute girl I saw that is in the army There are "cute" girls all over the world
2 my therapist told me I need to relearn the way I think and have a whole new mindset. What a great way to do that at boot camp Boot camp is not a joy ride. You will be surrounded by people you don't like, but have to be a team. You will be physically and mentally pushed to the limits as it is. The Army indoctrinates you into their thinking. It is a mindset that works for the army, but not necessarily normal life.
3. my dr. said there is no FDA approve meds to treat BPD so why am I taking them? Meds for BPD are taken to treat any symptoms that pop up
4. I will be exercising and that makes one happy right? Yes, there will be more than enough exercise - but exercise alone will not make you happy. And this kind of exercise is such that you will be exerted to the ends of your capabilities
5. I want to leave everything and every one behind before they leave me. You do need a support structure in your life. Why do you think everyone will leave you?
6. If I am in the army people have to be my friend. People are not really friends in the army - they are forced to live together, and get on - often for the sake of your survival. You aren't really friends - you are comrades, sticking together to survive.
7. I think I can fool them into mot thinking am am crazy and pretend to be normal. Why would you want to fool anyone?

I don't think this is a very clever idea at all. Your motives seem irrational at this moment.
