Humm advice. I cant really give any because i also cut. It helps sometimes for me to try to journal or walk if i can, sometimes that is just not enough. I have been trying to hide my cuts for a week now to keep my kids from seeing them. I just dont want to explain to them why I do it but fuss at them for similar things. I hope my habits dont rub off on them.
Try the journal thing if you dont now or maybe get a stuffed animal to cut. Thats a thought, when I was little and had chicken pox the dr told my mom to give me a bear to scratch so i wouldnt scratch myself... hummm never thought of that....
