I personally think that either Depression or Panic/Anxiety attacks are the worst. With depression, you can't make yourself do anything, and most of the time (in my experience) when you're having a panic attack, you feel like you're paralyzed. At least with some of the others you can feel like you can fight back...
But I do think that they are all equally debilitating to each individual person. All situations vary.
