You know, I've been thinking, and this could be a good thing, sugahorse. Your new pdoc may well recognize the meds problems... especially the splitting of the Wellbutrins--to be a no-no. It seems unlikely that a pdoc would want to follow something simply because it was a precedent, especially seeing something like that.

(You know, I had my old records transferred w/o fear, and in fact I was very curious to read them! New psych had no problem with that.)

I've heard people on both sides of this and it seems as if those who questioned a diagnosis were on the more more reticent side, wanting a fresh perspective on what's going on. When it wasn't a diagnosis issue, it seems people were more glad to not have to repeat their stuff again and again with new ones. Maybe that's just my take on hearing different people talk about their experiences.

AM/PM... yup, more to remember! A daily pill box has helped (first because of having a hard time remembering what day it is and did I take it, or ???). By looking at it, I know not only what day it is, lol, but if there is one left... aha! PM dose. I've only forgotten once since then--ehhh, a bit of an "out there" night. Let's leave it at that. Otherwise... even coming from a very "Routine? What's that?" person, it's not too hard a habit to get into.

Keep us posted! Sounds like you're off to a good start, sugahorse!
