We were talking about this at my weight watchers meeting today, so I was glad to find out I wasn't the only person who experienced this. I started my new healthy eating plan (prefer that to diet) at the beginning of Oct. As of today, I've officially lost 20 lbs - it's been slow but steady. But almost all my weight loss has been in my upper body - primarily my breasts. I haven't been in to be measured for a new bra yet - must do that this weekend, I'm still the same circumfrence 44 ", but I figure I've gone from a DD down to a C or maybe even a B+. Seriously it's crazy. I have lost some abdominal fat too as my pants are looser, but nothing like up top. It's driving me nuts, it's abdominal fat and fat on my hips that I want to loose, not my breasts. I still have a lot of weight to loose, like maybe another 50 lbs to get to goal weight and I know it will take time, but I'm just hoping my breasts don't disappear altogether leaving me with nothing but sagging skin.
Has anyone else who's gone through significant weight loss experienced this.?
