Docjohn stated in another thread that the kudos forum won't be going anywhere. It was created so that members have a place to give and receive hugs. Not having the forum won't stop and kudos and hugs...they'll just be all over the board.

I feel this is a personal preference, as many things can be. Since the forum will maintain its purpose, a poll really isn't necessary.

Hugs and kudos are gestures. Just as IRL, there are those comfortable with giving, and receiving, them and those that aren't.
