First off, great job on the six months! Go through everything you can think of to fight the urges. If something doesn't work well, go on to the next thing. Just keep going like that until you are completely out of things. Eventually either the passage of time or some of those things might make it feel more bearable.

I also sometimes will multitask with my strategies. For example, I like holding play-doh, chewing gum, listening to music, and going online. But doing those one at a time don't work very well. But if I combine them sometimes it can distract you enough to where you can handle the urges better.
