I struggled with this as well especially before being diagnosed. Prior to being diagnosed it was the hypomania that caused a lot of it. I would take on too much when I was high and if I crashed prior to getting it done it would be a nightmare.

Since being diagnosed in 2007 I was still having the same issue, but part of it was my way of "proving" I was okay. In the past year I have been more conscious of it and try to be realistic on what I can and can't do because I know it triggers my BP symptoms.
