Madi, I haven't found any med that helps with my fog. I've been in a fog most of the last week. I have some tricks I use to help myself, like the post-its I mentioned before. I tell friends who know about the fibro that I'm having a "stupid day" so they cut me a break. It helps me to stick to a routine so I don't have to think about how to do things.
