YES! and was so in that place Friday! I can hardly get out of bed the day before I start. Make sure you talk to your Dr about it if you haven't. My doc ran a bunch of tests. Simple things that help me are to drink a lot more when the PMS is coming on and I eat/drink things with lots of calcium and vitamin D. It doesn't always work but it increases the likely hood of a "good month" or quick passing of the flu like symptoms.
