so far so good, the anxiety is still higher but worth it for the energy
2 more weeks before I see my Pdoc by then I should be at 100mg
I want so much to have real sustainable energy! That will mean losing the anxiety as that is one big energy drain.
I am setting my timer and working on 'stressful' items 7 minutes at a time.
It does not seem like much, but I can feel accomplishment which has been in short supply with the depression illness. Hard to get excited about being able to sleep 12 hours at night and nap during the day.
