I did something similar a few months ago, texted my T that I was so down, and drugged up. She was about to call an ambulance, but managed to get hold of my bf - he's listed as the person to call in an emergency - who got hold of me.
I was OK, but had to see her a few days later.I was also literally shaking, but she was very understanding. We spoke about what I gotten me into that place in the first place.
