splitimage,
Congratulations on losing 20 pounds, that's terrific!! An old, dear friend of mine also worked with Weight Watchers to adopt lots of healthy living techniques. It has been a life changing experience for her ~ I hope that you have a similar experience as her!
The breast issue is very common. Women's breasts consist of a lot of water and fatty tissue. It's therefore very typical for a loss of weight to impact breast size. I'd recommend continuing with your plan, and you will soon see other areas of your body become smaller as well. It just takes time, determination, and regular exercise. Most slender women don't naturally have DD cups, and don't want them, because
it's not real comfortable to carry that extra weight in one small area of the body. '
Regarding breast consistency ~ that's something that changes with age. As we get older, and our milk ducts dry up, our breasts basically become all fat tissue. Whether we're a B, C, D, DD, etc. It does become all fat. That is just a sad fact of womanhood (imo). It takes some time to get used to the difference in feeling. But that change would come with or without weight loss ~ if that makes you feel a little better. *I hope so*
Continue working towards being healthy for you. You do deserve it!
