Some things you can do: educate yourself about cyclothmic disorder by reading books, keep a regular sleep schedule, exercise at least 5 times a week, eat a good diet, get time outside in the sunlight every day, establish a routine and keep it. There is a book on Amazon.com that looks what you might need for about $14 called:
