I'm not real knowledgeable in these areas.... but if your neuropathy is enough for the SSDI, along with some of the anxiety etc., then improving enough to manage your money shouldn't ruin your entire claim. I mean, you want to get better don't you? Are you better? Talk to the doctor!

I was under the impression that you have to be reviewed annually anyway...is this not occurring?

IDK but if this is a trend or not, with those receiving SSDI, truly, but my tidbit of paranoia would say it's a government idea to track the money of those receiving benefits.

But if there's an annual review anyway, perhaps you could put that as a goal to improve enough to get back that control, it can be beneficial to your mental health too, imo.
