Update. My unemployment "Hearing" consisted of a woman calling me and asking when my last day of work was and what my vacation pay was. Well, the office changed my last day of work to my benefit so that they would pay my portion of the Health Insurance for the month. Instead of working through Tuesday the 29th of Dec My last day of work was Dec 2. A Friday. That way I pd the family portion which is mighty high. I am paying it untill daughter is released from in-patient program. She asked me how many vacation hours I was paid for and I said UHHHH, that's why I send my pay stub in cause I didn't understand it. The answer was 54 hours. So in my mind I should be eligible for benefits beginning 6 hours into the work day on13th. I hope it is all straightened out. I be broke and need some cash. And I will relax more when it's said and done.
