Why did your insurance co. deny Cymbalta, FCOL? Antidepressants are routine from just about any sort of medical practice these days, it would seem.

I would say you should call the company and appeal...even if Cymbalta isn't on their formulary (which seems unlikely), you just have to find the right person to approve it.

If you're going to become homeless just to %#@&#! off the insurance company, my advice would be to wait until spring...
